INSPECTION SCOPE
- Performs third-party piping condition surveys to support replacement planning and risk-based management of plant and tailings piping systems.
- Aligns survey approach with applicable integrity and design standards and site programs (e.g., ASME B31, CSA B51, API 570, as required by scope).
- Assesses piping, pressure vessel, and weld integrity using field-proven methods and industry standards to identify potential failures and reduce unscheduled downtime.
- Delivers clear outputs (thickness datasets, marked-up drawings, and prioritized recommendations) to enable planning and reduce unplanned leaks or outages.
- Extensive field experience in piping, pressure vessel, and weld integrity assessment.
